DESA has a long standing heritage in training her own workforce according to the philosophy of the Group. 
The apprenticeship school in Turkey is paralleled by the training course organized in Italy. Participants of this course receive 250 hours of training in the art of leather goods production and the successful graduates of the program are employed by the Company. 

DESA prioritizes the employment of women in all of its facilities. Also in our Italian facility our aim is to employ 80% women.
